Let's compare two things I am interested in:

Trains are a hobby. If you don't care for trains, that's not a problem. "Train things" aren't going to make much difference in what happens to you.
God is not a hobby. If you don't care about God, that is a problem. "God things" are going make a difference in what happens to you, whether you care about them or not.
Think about it. . .
And be careful around grade crossings. . .
Especially if you're not interested in God.
