Tom Gloger's 48-State Map
Here's a 48-state map I drew using PC Paintbrush.  It was designed so the states could be filled with solid colors using Paintbrush's fill command, providing you remember to fill both parts of those states that are divided by major bodies of water: Michigan, New York, and Virginia.

Not all the boundries are 100% accurate, but it fit my needs.  Right click on it it you want to download it.  You may need to convert it from a .gif to a .bmp to use it.
